Within Leagues: Your display name, avatar, roster selections, and standings are visible to other members in your league. This is necessary for the competitive experience.

Third Parties: We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

Service Providers: We use trusted third-party services (authentication, hosting, storage) that may process your data on our behalf under strict data protection agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), secure password hashing, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Roster Lock uses essential cookies and browser local storage for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising pixels.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. League and competition data is retained for the duration of the season. When a league is deleted by its commissioner, all associated data (members, rosters, draft picks) is permanently removed.
