You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each user may maintain only one account. Sharing account access or creating multiple accounts is prohibited.

Roster Lock is built on fair competition. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Collusion between league members to manipulate draft picks or standings
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
• Attempting to circumvent league rules or platform restrictions

Violations may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban at our discretion.

League commissioners have administrative privileges including setting draft times, managing draft order, removing members, posting announcements, and deleting leagues.

Commissioners are expected to act fairly and in the interest of all league participants. Abuse of commissioner tools may result in account action.

All content, design, code, and branding on Roster Lock is owned by Roster Lock and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Team names, logos, and player data are property of their respective organizations and are used under fair use for fantasy sports purposes.

Roster Lock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of data, or specific outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Roster Lock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via the platform.
